Dr. Hong has worked in oncology field more than 10 years, with broad knowledge and experiences, especially in brain and lung cancers. He is an expert in experimental strategy planning and execution, leadership, people engagement, management and communication skill which allows him to lead and develop all cross-functional team to achieve organization and department goals.
